CREAM - Creative Arts Ministry
The Creative Arts Ministry, fondly referred to as CREAM, is the heartbeat of creative expression in the Christian Union. It revolves around drama, plays, spoken word, and other forms of artistic presentation that communicate the gospel in dynamic and impactful ways.
Through engaging performances and thought-provoking scripts, CREAM uses the arts to illustrate the power of God’s Word and to address contemporary issues affecting the Christian community and society at large.

Our Activities
- Drama and Skits: Performing short skits and full-length plays during Sunday services, missions, and special events.
- Spoken Word and Poetry: Creating powerful spoken word pieces that inspire reflection and spiritual growth.
- Decor/Stage Design: Crafting visually captivating stage sets that complement performances and enhance the message.
- Creative Writing: Writing scripts, poems, and other literary works for performances and outreach activities.
- Workshops and Training: Organizing sessions to train members in acting, scriptwriting, stage management, and public speaking.
Major Productions
- Easter Play: A moving dramatization of the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ, performed annually during Easter.
- Mission Plays: Thought-provoking skits designed to complement evangelistic missions and spread the gospel.
- CU Annual Play: A grand production involving the entire Christian Union, showcasing the intersection of faith and creativity.
- Theme-Based Performances: Dramas addressing topics like love, forgiveness, and overcoming challenges in faith.
